The fruit has ripened later this year up Hillsborough in Ilfracombe and there are lots of lovely berries ready for jam making.
Ilfracombe in North Devon will be awash with maritime activities for all the family from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 September 2010 when the second SeaIlfracombe festival celebrates the town’s sea heritage from Iron Age origins to the present.
Seemed to have waited a long time for these too, but they’re beautiful now in flower . . .
The fruit has been growing for ages, it seems, but the tomatoes are finally starting to ripen.
This evening’s fiery orange light mixed with a rainstorm produced these effects . . .
The smallest of our four sunflowers has now overtaken the other three and is now some 10ft tall, adding three or four inches every day.

I’m not sure anyone can beat @llamakevin ‘s magnificent field of sunflowers. Our tallest one continues to grow, but no sign of a flower yet . . . However, the tomatoes are really coming on: lots of flowers and fruit forming. We could be tomato-ed out in a few weeks. Posted via email from robertz
