2015 has been a dramatic year so far with the passing of my Mum and the bittersweet combination of farewells and celebrations of her life.
The slow working of Parkinson’s disease made life more difficult over recent years, but our family were there at every step of the way and even in the darkest moments there was light.
I am so grateful for Mum, the time we had with her and all that she gave us.
Thank you to those who have given their condolences.
And thank you for everyone’s patience these past months when I have given my family all my energy and attention and when often I have not been myself.
After feeling that everything else was on hold from December through to early March, I have now pressed: START.

Very best wishes for your fresh start. I am sure that your happy memories of your mother will sustain you as you move through 2015 and beyond.
Many thanks, John. Hope we can catch up this year
To infinity and beyond
Definitely
Sorry to hear about the passing of you mum, my thoughts are with you my friend.
Thank you, Paul. It’s hard, even when it was expected.
